95% of employees are doing well. Only 5 percent of employees cause problems. They have no union support. The union leaders themselves have said this.

Thiruvananthapuram: Biju Prabhakar said that action will be taken against such persons. For the last seven months, he has been implementing the instructions given by the unions in KSRTC. For a section of employees, working at KSRTC is just a hobby.

The problem is a section of incompetent top officials. The MD said he was confident that KSRTC could be repaired. KSRTC internal vigilance should be effective. Things including diesel theft are true‌.

The odometer does not work on most buses. Some drivers have reported incidents, including lying on an AC bus. Biju Prabhakar said that the problem of KSRTC is the lack of a proper system.

The rise of union protests was due to a misunderstanding. The press conference was held because there was something to be said openly. Biju Prabhakar clarified that he is the MD who has to say things about KSRTC.
