LG Manoj Sinha Dismisses 2 Govt Employees: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha dismisses two government employees in Kupwara for links with Lashkar-e-Taiba and anti-national activities. Under his zero-tolerance campaign, 85 officials have been removed for aiding terrorists in the last five years.

LG Manoj Sinha’s action on those who joined hands with terrorists removed two employees from their jobs; they used to work for LeT. Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha dismissed two government employees from service on Friday. Both of them used to work for the terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba, law enforcement, and intelligence agencies. They have been declared ineligible for any future government employment.

LG Manoj Sinha Dismisses 2 Govt Employees: Earlier, he had terminated the services of three government employees

Earlier, on February 15 and then on June 3, he had terminated the services of three government employees who were helping terrorists. Among the two government employees whose services have been terminated today, one is Siyad Ahmed Khan, a resident of Keran in the district of Kupwara.

He was working as an assistant stockman in the Sheep Breeding and Animal Husbandry Department. The other’s name is Khurshid Ahmed Rather, and he is also a resident of Karnah in the district of Kupwara. He was involved in anti-national activities under the guise of providing his services as a teacher in the Education Department.

Both Siyad and Khurshid worked as overground workers for Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists in Kupwara in North Kashmir.

Apart from working as guides for terrorists infiltrating Kashmir from across the LoC, both of them were also associated with the Narco terror module. This action has been taken by taking cognizance of the evidence collected in the investigation conducted by various security agencies against both of them and the cases registered against them in various police stations.

Let us tell you that after assuming the post of Lieutenant Governor of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir in August 2020, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has launched a campaign of zero tolerance towards terrorism and separatism, and the destruction of their ecosystem.

Under this campaign, such officials sitting in the government system and the helpers of the separatists are being identified, and their services are being terminated, and action is also being taken against them under the relevant law. Their services have been terminated under provision two of Article 311 of the Indian Constitution. In the last five years, the services of 85 such government officials and employees have been terminated.
