A two-week corona curfew has been imposed in Karnataka amid growing cases of the corona. During this time only necessary services will be exempt.
Giving this information, Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa said that the Corona curfew has been implemented in the state for the next 14 days from 9 o’clock last night.
Only essential items will be allowed from six in the morning to ten in the morning. The shops will remain closed after 10 o’clock in the morning.
Only construction, manufacturing, and agricultural sectors are allowed. Public transport will remain closed.

In view of the situation in Corona, the Chief Minister has said that local authorities will have the power to enforce strictness, while the curfew is in place, it will continue as before.

The number of active cases has also reached 2.62 lakhs in Karnataka at this time.
Supreme Court Justice Shantanagoudar dies, to be cremated in Karnataka with state honors
Supreme Court Judge Justice MM Shantanagoudar finally lost the battle to cancer. He died on Saturday at Medanta Hospital in Gurugram. Justice Shantanagoudar was 62 years old and was scheduled to turn 63 on May 5.
Justice Shantanagoudar was appointed a judge of the Supreme Court on 2017.
Justice Shantanagoudar was appointed a judge of the Supreme Court on 17 February 2017. Prior to this, he was the Chief Justice of the Kerala High Court. He was appointed a judge of the Karnataka High Court in 2004.
Justice Shantanagoudar was a resident of the Haveri district of Karnataka and received his legal education from University Law College, Dharwad.
Justice Shantanagoudar will be cremated with state honors.
