Lt Gen YK Joshi, directed the Troops to continue their Campaign.

Army Commander of the Army’s Northern Command, Lt Gen YK Joshi, has asked the troops to continue their campaign to ensure the security of the Line of Control with the utmost courage.

The army commander, who reached the forward areas of Sunderbani in Rajouri district to take stock of the Line of Control of the Line of Control, encouraged the soldiers by talking to them.

According to military sources, the Army commander also got information about the current challenges of the LOC and the action being taken by the army.

Lt Gen YK Joshi addressed field commanders who are responsible for the security during the one-day visit of Rajouri district.

The situation is peaceful at the moment on the Line of Control following the 26 February ceasefire agreement between the forces of India and Pakistan.

Despite this, the army is ready to face any kind of situation without taking any kind of risk. The army is alert in Jammu keeping in mind the mischief happening on the international border from Pakistan.

In such a situation, all aspects of security were considered during the visit of the Line of Control.

Northern Command Chief Lieutenant General YK Joshi along with Lieutenant General Suchendra Kumar, Corps Commander of the Army’s sixteen Corps, and many other senior military officers were also present on the tour.

During this meeting, the Army Commander reviewed the development and operational preparedness of the defense infrastructure and also inquired about the action being taken by the army to face Corona.

He also praised the spirit of the army officers and jawans who have been vigilant in challenging situations along the Line of Control.

The army’s sixteen corps military divisions are handling the security of the LOC in both Rajouri and Jammu districts falling in the Sundarbani sector.

The Kerry Battal area of ​​Akhnoor in Sunderbani sector is a very sensitive area. Pakistan often commits mischief in this area.

In such a situation, even after the ceasefire, the army never reduces its level of security to thwart the enemy’s intrigues in this area. Earlier in this area, there was frequent shelling between the Indian and Pakistani Army.
