Maharashtra ATS seeks custody of Sachin Waze for investigation: Mansukh Hiren death case.

After the National Investigation Agency, the Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad(ATS) detained Assistant Police Inspector Sachin Waze in connection with the investigation into the Mansukh Hiren Death case.

Waze had sought anticipatory bail in Thane sessions court. Meanwhile, the NIA on Wednesday confirmed that Sachin was the person to be imprisoned in CCTV near the explosive-laden vehicle near Mukesh Ambani’s residence on the night of 25 February.

Mansukh Hiren was found dead in Thane on 5 March. After which he was sent under the custody of NIA under suspicion. He filed an anticipatory bail petition in Thane District and Sessions Court on Saturday.

The case came up for hearing on March 12, but the court refused to grant interim relief to Me. Issuing notice to the state government, the matter was deferred for hearing on 19 March.

The NIA confiscated two more cars in the possession of Sachin Waze, instead of taking the name of Aaka, he was taking all the gifts himself.

NIA has seized two more luxury cars in the possession of Sachin Vazh, arrested in connection with erecting explosive-laden Scorpio near Mukesh Ambani’s house. One of these cars was found standing in his society.

The NIA continued to interrogate Vazh for the fifth consecutive day. According to sources, the NIA on Thursday seized the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado and another Mercedes used by Sachin Waze.

The Prado was standing in its own society, while the Mercedes was found standing elsewhere. In this case, five vehicles have been seized so far. NIA is examining the number plates of all the vehicles.

The interrogation continues for the fifth consecutive day.

The investigating agency suspects that they have also been used with fake number plates. The NIA on Thursday summoned a Vazha colleague and a senior police inspector for questioning.

Meanwhile, the NIA also continued to interrogate Vazh for the fifth consecutive day. He has been under interrogation since the NIA arrested him on Saturday.

He has just taken responsibility for this development and has not named any of his mentors. The NIA is surrounding him on the basis of the evidence collected so far but he is not giving the right answer.
