Ingredients.
250 grams basmati rice, 2 tablespoons ghee, 3-4 cardamoms, 200 grams sugar, chopped dry fruits, 100 grams khoya, 1 teaspoon food color.
Recipe.
First of all, soak the rice in water for some time.
Then take water in a pan, add food color and cloves to it.
Now add washed rice to this water and cook it.
When the rice is cooked, flip off the gas.
Now heat ghee in another pan, add cardamom, rice, sugar, and dry fruits, and mix it well.
Fry the rice well.
Now mix khoya in it and turn off the gas.
