Modi and Netanyahu talk about coronavirus, emphasis on increasing cooperation against the epidemic. Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on phone on Monday.

Modi tweeted that the two discussed increasing cooperation between the two countries against the Corona epidemic. Also reviewed the steps taken in other areas such as agriculture, water, and innovation.

India and Israel are already cooperating in the fight against the Corona epidemic. A high-level Israeli delegation is conducting trials on rapid testing kits in India.

Sources said that whenever the time comes, the two countries will cooperate in mass production of vaccines against Coronavirus.

Israel may also join the International Solar Alliance (ISA) soon. This global alliance was started by Prime Minister Modi. This is the fourth telephonic conversation between the two leaders since the Corona epidemic.

The Israeli PM’s office tweeted, “The two leaders have agreed to hold a digital conference on innovation in the field of solar energy.” The aim is to jointly find more affordable solutions that benefit both countries and economies of the world.

India Coronavirus News Updates: New cases of corona infection continue to decline, 56 lakh people recovered

There is a steady decline in new cases of corona infection. During the last 24 hours, 61,267 new cases have been reported. At the same time, the number of those who beat the epidemic is also increasing continuously.

During this period, more than 75 thousand patients have been cured and the rate of recovery of patients has increased to 84.70 percent, while the death rate has come down to 1.55 percent. There is a difference of 15 thousand between new patients and cured patients.

According to the data released by the Union Health Ministry, 61,267 new cases of coronavirus have been found in the country and the figure of infected has reached 66 lakh 85 thousand 83.

During this period, 77,787 patients have been cured and the number of healthy people has increased to 56 lakh 62 thousand 490.

884 people have died during this period, which is the lowest number of deaths in a day after the last several weeks. So far, more than one lakh of three thousand patients have died in the country.
