In the last 11 months, the deadlock between RN Ravi and various Naga groups seems to be increasing. A consensus was to be formed in October last year but it could not be done.

A respectable solution to the seven-decade-old violent movement by the organization NSCN-IM, which is carrying out the process of peace agreement with the government, is not possible without flags and constitution.
