More Than Dozen Indian Americans Won The State-Level Election

More than dozen Indian Americans won the state-level election, know where and who won: US Election 2020. The counting of votes for the presidential election continues in the US.

According to the report, more than a dozen Indian Americans won the state-level election, including five women candidates. This is the first assessment of a particular community.

Four Indian Americans selected

Four Indian Americans elected to the US House of Representatives include Dr. Ami Bera, Pramila Jayapal, Ro Khanna, and Raja Krishnamoorthi.

At the same time, at least the names of the other three candidates involved in this race have not been revealed. It also has the name of a House of Representatives candidate.

These five women elected to state legislatures

Five women elected to state legislatures, Jennifer Prince in the New York State Assembly, Nima Kulkarni in the Kentucky State House.

Kesha Ram for the Vermont State Senate, and Vandana Slatter of the Washington State House, and Michigan State House The name of Padma Kuppa is included.

Ughar, Niraj Antani has been declared elected to the Ohio State Senate, while Jay Chaudhuri has been re-elected to the North Carolina State Senate.

Indian Americans’ Role Increased in American Politics

Kesha Ram is the first black woman elected to the Vermont State Senate. Nikil Saval is the first Indian American elected to the Pennsylvania General Assembly.

Jennifer Rajkumar (Jenifer Rajkumar) is the first South Asian woman elected to the New York State Office. Niraj Antani is the first woman elected to the US Ohio Senate.

Neil Makhija from Impact Funds said that this year’s election has increased the role of Indian Americans in American politics.

Amish Shah has been elected to the Arizona State House, while Nikil Saval has been elected to the Pennsylvania State Senate.

On the other hand, Ranjeev Puri and Jeremy Cooney have been elected to the New York State Senate for the Michigan State House.

Ash Kalra has been re-elected to the California state assembly for the third consecutive time. Ravi Sandhill has won the District Court Judge Election in Texas.
