Navneet Rana Released From Byculla Jail

Navneet Rana released from Byculla jail, checkup will be done at Lilavati Hospital.

Navneet Rana was today released from Byculla jail after Maharashtra’s Amravati MP Navneet Rana and her MLA husband Ravi Rana were granted conditional bail by a special court on Wednesday.

Significantly, nearly two weeks after their arrest in an alleged sedition case in the Hanuman Chalisa recitation case.

Maharashtra’s Amravati MP Navneet Rana and her MLA husband Ravi Rana were granted conditional bail from a special court on Wednesday.

However, both were not released from jail immediately. Its order was issued on Thursday.

BMC opened a front against the Rana couple.

Meanwhile, it is also reported that the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has also opened a front against the Rana couple.

A BMC team inspected the house of Navneet Rana and her husband, Ravi Rana, in suburban Khar on Wednesday, but the apartment was locked.

Let us inform you that on May 2, after receiving a complaint of illegal construction to the BMC, a notice was issued to the society and the people living on the eighth floor.

The sedition section was imposed after arresting the Rana couple.

Navneet Rana was earlier taken from Byculla Jail to JJ Hospital as his health deteriorated and was sent back to jail after treatment.

Significantly, on April 23, MP Navneet Rana and her husband MLA Ravi Rana had announced to recite Hanuman Chalisa outside Matoshree, the residence of Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray.

Although the Rana couple had postponed their program due to the proposed visit of the PM to Mumbai, the police arrested the Rana couple on the same day and imposed a section of sedition on them.

Special judge RN Rokade granted conditional bail to both of them on a personal bond of Rs 50,000 each.

The couple has been told that after their release, they will not tamper with the evidence and cooperate with the investigation.

The court has asked the Rana couple not to talk to the media in this matter and said that they will not get into any such controversy again.

The lawyers of the Rana couple said that they could not be released on Wednesday due to the fact that the necessary documents related to bail could not reach the jail on time
