Naxalite Arms Factory Destroyed In Gadchiroli: Maharashtra

Naxalite arms factory destroyed in Gadchiroli, the operation for 48 hours: Maharashtra.

In a planned operation lasting nearly 48 hours in Gadchiroli, the Maharashtra police have managed to demolish a large arms factory of the Naxalites.

This information was given by Home Minister Anil Deshmukh to journalists in the Vidhan Bhavan campus today. A policeman has been injured in this operation. Till now, there have been no reports of casualties of Naxalites.

According to Anil Deshmukh, it was a tactical counter-offensive campaign (TCOC) against the Naxalites. I would like to congratulate all the policemen involved in this campaign.

Naxalite arms factory destroyed: This is a huge success. Deshmukh said that in this operation, a jawan was injured due to a bullet in his leg. But his condition is stable. Aerial assistance has been provided to the police team involved in the operation.

A helicopter has been sent to help them. According to the Home Minister, this campaign was carried out on the basis of accurate information.

According to the state police, a large number of paramilitary force personnel have also been sent to help the C-60 commandos. The C-60 in Maharashtra Police has been formed to carry out operations against Naxalites.

The operation was carried out near the Maharashtra-Chhattisgarh border in Gadchiroli district. It was headed by Deputy Inspector General of Police Sandeep Patil and SP Ankit Tyagi.

Explain that Gadchiroli and Chandrapur districts of the Vidarbha region of Maharashtra are considered as Naxalite affected.

Gadchiroli is bordered by Chhattisgarh and Andhra Pradesh, where Naxalites have been easily moving from one state to another by committing dangerous incidents.

But for the last few years, where the police of Maharashtra are running a special campaign against them, the local people also no longer support the Naxalites.

Last year, it was the local youths who broke the Banana memorial of the Naxalites and announced not to bear the pressure. This is the reason that Naxalite activities in this area have come down significantly in the last few years.
