Nepal: Protests In Nepal For Restoration Of Hindu Rashtra

Nepal: Protests in Nepal for Hindu Rashtra and Rajshahi, thousands take to the streets.

Political uproar continues in Nepal these days. The Rashtriya Prajatantrik Party (RPP) demonstrated in Kathmandu on Friday for the restoration of constitutional monarchy and Hindu nation in Nepal.

Thousands of people attended this demonstration. Hundreds of party supporters started marching from Bhrkuti Pavilion and gathered in the open ground of Ratnapark.

During the meeting, the leaders also criticized the dissolution of Parliament by Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.

Addressing the rally, RPP Chairman Kamal Thapa and Pashupati Shamsher Rana demanded that Nepal be re-declared a Hindu nation and restore the constitutional monarchy in the country.

The leaders said that for the protection of democracy and political stability in the country, there is no alternative but to restore the constitutional monarchy and Hindu nation.

Let us tell that after the successful mass movement of 2006, the monarchy was abolished and in 2008 Nepal was declared a secular nation.

Significantly, in the year 2018, the party of Nepal Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and former Prime Minister Pushp Kamal Dahal Prachanda formed a unified Communist Party.

China was said to be instrumental in the foundation of this party. China has a strong influence on the ruling Nepali Communist Party of Nepal, so China does not want to be divided within the party.

However, the party has once reached the verge of splitting. One section in the party belongs to Prime Minister Oli and the other is to former Prime Minister Pushp Kamal Dahal Prachanda.

In New Year’s speech, Taiwan’s President said – increasing military threat from China.

Taiwan’s President Sai Ing-wen (Tsai Ing-Wen) said in a New Year message on Friday that his country faces a military threat from China.

Let us say that China considers this island region as its own and has threatened to forcefully occupy the region. Sai in his message mentioned the growing threat from China.

He said that the activities of fighter jets and warships in the Taiwan Strait have increased. The threat posed by this to regional stability is a matter of concern not only for this autonomous region but also for the whole world.
