New Conspiracy Of Terror, 23 Target Killings In Kashmir

New conspiracy of terror, 23 target killings in Kashmir, the maximum number of incidents in Srinagar.

Frustrated by the improving situation in Kashmir, terrorists have started the game of targeting innocent civilians. So far this year, about two dozen civilians have been killed in terrorist incidents in Kashmir.

A maximum of eight target killings has been carried out in the capital city of Srinagar, which is considered safe.

Surprisingly, no civilian was killed in the Shopian district and district Pulwama, which is called the stronghold of terrorists. The pistol was used in most of the incidents.

The main epicenter of the ongoing terrorist violence in Kashmir for the last five years is District Shopian and Pulwama in South Kashmir.

Most of the local terrorists have been recruited in various jihadi organizations from both districts.

Not a single political activist has been attacked this year in Ganderbal in central Kashmir and Kupwara in north Kashmir.

According to the data, this year the terrorists carried out eight target killings in Srinagar, five in Kulgam, four in Awantipora Police District, two each in Baramulla and Anantnag, and one each in Budgam and Bandipora.

New conspiracy of terror: The Resistance Front Jammu and Kashmir, a terrorist organization called Lashkar-e-Taiba or its hit squad, has carried out 17 out of 23 killings.

In Tral, South Kashmir, an SPO and his wife and daughter, besides the then chairman of the Tral Municipal Committee, Rakesh Pandita, were killed by Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorists.

One of the three killings in Srinagar on Tuesday was carried out by Islamic State Vilaya Hind, also known as Islamic State of Jammu and Kashmir. The other two murders are the work of TRF.

Use of pistol in most of the incidents: A senior officer of Jammu and Kashmir Police said that the terrorists have used only pistols in target killing.

Assault rifles were used by the killers in only five incidents in Tral, Kulgam, and Sopore. The use of the pistol suggests that the killer is not an old terrorist.

But a local terrorist or an overground worker who became part of any terrorist organization a few days before the crime was committed.

It is easy for terrorists to hide the pistol or join the crowd by throwing it at someplace after the incident. The use of a pistol is easy for any novice terrorist.

Only old and trained terrorists are able to use assault rifles in crowded areas or they are used by a foreign terrorist. Assault rifles are used in large attacks.

Pulwama district and Shopian district have remained completely untouched by them. Most killings have taken place in Srinagar.

Srinagar is overcrowded. People come from every area of the valley and the incident in Srinagar gets more headlines.
