New Education Policy 2020: Opportunities To Improve Talent

New Education Policy 2020: Opportunities to improve talent, new paths will open for children. The new education policy that has been approved by the central government is seen to a large extent for the benefit of the students. New paths will be opened, especially for children pursuing higher education. They will be able to manage their education, research, and start-ups.

Startup children will be benefited

The special feature of this education policy is that students will get a degree every year. Multiple entry and exit (multi-level entry and exit) system has been implemented in it. Multiple entries and exit systems will get certificates after 1 year, diplomas after 2 years, and degrees after 3-4 years. This is going to be of great benefit to the students.

For some reason, students who leave after one year or two years will be allowed to continue further studies after a gap. This will greatly benefit the children who start their startup during college education. They will be able to do both works by taking a short break from studies. Earlier this facility was not available.

Students will be strong

This policy will prove effective in promoting research. For students who want to go into research, there will be a 4-year degree program, while those who want to get into a job will do a three-year degree program. After this, they can do a one-year MA and do a Ph.D. directly. MPhil has been eliminated. In addition, a new institute will be formed called the ‘National Research Foundation’.

Dr. Rupamanjari Ghosh, Vice-Chancellor of Shiv Nadar University, welcomes the creation of the ‘National Research Foundation’ and says that our institute will also come forward in building research centers. He believes that this education policy will empower the students of the country and they will get appropriate opportunities to develop their talent.

An institution will control, it will be convenient

This education policy (excluding law and medical education) calls for the creation of a single regulator (Higher Regulatory) ‘Higher Education Commission of India’ for higher education which will solve a lot of problems. Professor Dinesh Singh, who was a VC of Delhi University, believes that there was a big lack of higher education, control in the hands of many institutions. Universities could not get independence due to this control.

Teaching institutes used to get upset with UGC rules and AICTE directives. But now an institution will be facilitated with the operations in hand and universities will be creative. Will be able to use Children of different boards had difficulty in admission. Colleges used to have difficulty in taking the cutoff. Now, these problems will be eliminated with a common entrance.

The choice of subject will increase interest
If the student studying science gets the freedom to choose the music and the geographer can also study mathematics, then his interest in education will always remain. The students have got this freedom in the new education policy, they can choose any subject of their choice.
