The confiscated property includes 3 kanals and 4 marlas of land located in the Abhama and Draklarun estates of Rajpora tehsil in Pulwama district, to the extent of the accused’s share.

During the search, security personnel allegedly recovered an AK-47 rifle, three pistols, and a hand grenade from the vehicle. Following the recovery, a case was registered at Qazigund Police Station, Kulgam. Owing to the serious nature of the offence and its cross-border terror linkages, the investigation was later taken over by the National Investigation Agency.
