NIA raids several locations of banned Jamaat-e-Islami in terror funding case: Kashmir Terror Funding.

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has once conducted raids in Kashmir. This time this raid has been done in a Terror funding case.

The team members reached the homes and offices of the banned Jamaat-e-Islami (JEI) people located in Budgam and Shopian and started searches.

Sources say that the team members conducted these raids together in more than a dozen places in the morning.

According to the information received, the teams of NIA probing the terror funding case along with other security forces reached Budgam and Shopian on Wednesday and started search operations at more than a dozen places.

The people whose homes and offices have been raided are said to be associated with the Jamaat-e-Islami organization.

Let us tell you that for promoting terrorism in Kashmir, the name of this organization was banned in terror funding.

Let us tell you that earlier in August this year, the NIA team had conducted 61 search operations against Jamaat-e-Islami in Jammu and Kashmir division.

The raids were carried out in Srinagar, Budgam, Ganderbal, Baramulla, Kupwara, Bandipore, Anantnag, Shopian, Pulwama, Kulgam, Ramban, Doda, Kishtwar, and Rajouri.

NIA sources say that the investigation revealed that this organization was using funding in the name of health and education to help terrorist organizations in Kashmir.

All this was happening with the help of Pakistan.

By taking funds from countries like Dubai, Turkey through Pakistan’s intelligence agency, Jamaat-e-Islami organization was helping terrorist organizations like Lashkar-e-Taiba, Hizbul Mujahideen, and Jaish-e-Mohammed.

The raids that have been conducted in different areas of the Kashmir Valley today are also part of this chain.

The NIA official said that detailed information about this will be given only after the raiding process is completed.

An organization that has been a supporter of terrorists:

Jamaat-e-Islami organization was formed in the year 1941. This organization also played an important role in the politics of Kashmir.

Not only this, along with making its inroads in the people, since the year 1971, this organization has contested its representatives many times in the electoral fray but still could not win a single seat.

Jamaat-e-Islami has also been running a campaign to merge Kashmir with Pakistan for a long time.

It also came to the fore in the investigation that many terrorist organizations operating in the valley have also taken refuge in the madrassas and mosques of the Jamaat several times.

It is also said that this Jamaat is actually the political face of Hizbul Mujahideen. Jamaat-e-Islami Jammu and Kashmir have raised Hizbul Mujahideen and provided all kinds of help to it.
