NIA revealed Lashkar-e-Mustafa bought weapons from Bihar for terrorist activities in Jammu and Kashmir.
To carry out terrorist activities in Jammu and Kashmir, the terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Mustafa had bought weapons from Bihar.
These weapons were brought to Jammu and Kashmir via Haryana and Punjab. This has been revealed in the charge sheet of the National Investigation Agency.
The purpose of Lashkar-e-Mustafa was to carry out terrorist activities in Jammu and Kashmir, especially in the Jammu division.
Four terrorists, including Mohammad Armaan Ali, Mohammad Ehsanullah alias Guddu Ansari, Imran Ahmed Hajam, and Irfan Ahmed Dar, hatched a complete conspiracy and bought weapons from Bihar and transported them to Jammu and Kashmir.
The National Investigation Agency has filed this charge sheet in the special court of Jammu on Saturday.
The case was initially registered by the Jammu and Kashmir Police at the Gangyal police station on February 6. Later on March 2, 2021, the NIA re-registered the case.
Among these four terrorists, Ali and Ehsanullah are residents of Bihar Saran district while Imran and Irfan are residents of Anantnag district of Kashmir.
The NIA has registered a case under Section 25 of RPC of Armored Act 1959, Section 3 and 4 of Explosive Substances Act 1908, and Section 18 and 23 of Unlawful Activities Act 1967.
The charge sheet states that these terrorists were conspiring against the sovereignty and security of India.

On February 6 last year, after a raid by the JKP, a hand grenade, three mobiles, and some incriminating material were recovered from the hideout of Lashkar-e-Mustafa’s Hidayatullah Malik.
In the preliminary investigation and on the instructions of Malik, the police had also recovered two pistols, three magazines, and 28 rounds from a house in the Sunjwan area of Jammu.
These four terrorists lived in this house as tenants. In view of the cross-border link, in this case, the Ministry of Home Affairs had asked the NIA to investigate the matter.
