NIA Took Custody Of Lawyer In Naxalite Recruitment Case

NIA took custody of Telangana’s lawyer in the Naxalite recruitment case after kidnapping a nursing student and raiding many places.

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Thursday detained a lawyer of the Telangana High Court in connection with the kidnapping of a nursing student for recruitment to a Maoist outfit.

NIA officials after raiding Chilukanagar in the Uppal area of ​​Hyderabad took Shilpa into custody and sent her to her regional office for questioning.

NIA took custody of Telangana’s lawyer: Radha went missing four years ago.

The NIA had recently registered an FIR against Shilpa and others. The mother of the kidnapped nursing student Radha had lodged a complaint with the Visakhapatnam police in this regard.

An FIR has been registered on the basis of the same complaint.

Radha went missing four years ago and her mother Pallepati Pochamma alleged that her daughter was kidnapped by Chaitanya Mahila Sangham (CMS) leaders and forcibly admitted to the Communist Party of India (Maoist).

Later it was found that his daughter joined the Naxalite organization.

The mother of the missing nursing student said that CMS leaders Devendra, Swapna, Shilpa, and others had come to her house and taken Radha with them in the name of help in treatment.

The complaint states that Radha did not return home and it was later discovered that her daughter had joined a Naxal organization and was working with top Naxal leaders in the forests of Peddabayalu in Visakhapatnam district.

NIA took custody of Telangana’s lawyer in the Naxalite recruitment case: Raids were also conducted at the house of Naxalite leader Dubashi Shankar’s son.

NIA also raided Chegunta in the Medak district of Telangana on Thursday.

The officials also raided the house of the son of a Naxalite leader Dubashi Shankar. Shankar was arrested by the Odisha Police in September last year.
