At the same time, Indian soldiers, well acquainted with the terrorist plots of Pakistan, are maintaining a constant vigil on the border.

On late Thursday night, some terrorists tried to infiltrate with the help of the Pakistani army in the KG sector located on the LOC in Poonch, but their attempt was foiled by the Army sitting on the border.

Police sources say that this infiltration attempt was made late on Thursday night.

When some terrorists tried to enter Indian territory crossing the Line of Control in the dark of night, they were warned by Indian soldiers.

Even after this, when he did not agree, the Indian soldiers started firing. The terrorists withdrew as soon as the firing took place.

After this incident of infiltration, the security forces started the search operation in the night itself. Officials say that the search operation of police and army is still going on in the Krishna Ghati sector.

It is being investigated whether any terrorist has entered this site by taking advantage of the darkness. Currently, the campaign is going on.

Military sources said that the number of infiltrating terrorists was around four to five. When the soldiers posted in Krishna Ghati saw them infiltrating into Indian territory, they were first warned.

When they did not stop even after giving warnings, the soldiers started firing on them. In response to the firing, the terrorists also opened fire, but in the meantime, they returned to Pakistan.

You may be aware that there has been no unprovoked firing along the LOC since the ceasefire agreement was implemented in February, but the infiltration efforts of terrorists from Pakistan have intensified.

During this period terrorists have made several infiltration attempts in district Poonch and Rajouri.

Around ten terrorists have been killed during the search operation by the security forces near the Line of Control.

A few days back also, two terrorists were gunned down by security forces while trying to infiltrate district Rajouri. Among them was a Lashkar-e-Taiba commander.
