One Died Due To Stampede At Khatushyam Ji’s Fair In Rajasthan

One died due to a stampede at Khatushyam Ji’s fair in the Sikar district of Rajasthan.

A young man died in a stampede late Saturday night at Khatu Shyam Ji’s fair in the Sikar district of Rajasthan. The youth is being identified.

According to the police, a youth got buried in the barricade on Saturday night due to overcrowding. He got stuck in the crowd, due to which he suffocated.

On getting information about the death of the young man, people got angry and broke the barricades. The main fair of Ekadashi is on Monday.

The administrative officials present on the spot took the youth to the hospital, where the doctors declared him brought dead.

One died due to a stampede at Khatushyam Ji’s fair: About 25 lakh people have reached the fair in the last five days.

In two days on Saturday and Sunday, more than four lakh people came to visit the Khatushyam Ji temple.

Apart from different states of Rajasthan, people from many states of the country are coming to attend the fair. The fair will go on for four more days.

Pedestrians are also reaching Khatushyam Ji from far and wide. The main fair of Ekadashi will be held on Monday.

Be aware that Falgun fair is the main fair of Khatushyam Ji. This is the main day of the fair on Shukla Ekadashi in the month of Falgun.

This fair is organized for about 8 days from Shashti to Dwadashi. The birth anniversary of Shrikhatushyam Ji is celebrated on Kartik Ekadashi.

Apart from this, festivals like Krishna Janmashtami, Jul-Jhulaiya Ekadashi, Holi, and Basant Panchami are celebrated here with full pomp and gaiety.

It is known that different types of artists come in Bhajan Sandhya who perform Bhajan and Kirtan throughout the night.

Lakhs of devotees come for darshan in the month of Falgun. Keeping in view the number of lakhs of devotees, proper arrangements are made on behalf of the administration so that there is no disorder.

Apart from this, there are many Dharamshalas, parking, and hotels in Khatunagari.

Lakhs of devotees who come here join this fair and do devotional worship and bhajan evening etc. of Baba Shri Khatushyam.

Some devotees even stay here till Holi and on the day of Holi, they leave their homes after playing Holi with Babashyam.
