In connection with the matter, the Shimla Puri police had registered a Bynum case against 33 people including Simarjit Singh Bains, and named 150 unidentified people late on Monday night.

Cases were registered against him for an attempt to murder, spreading violence, causing damage by vandalism, under Arms Act, Disaster Management Act, and the 3 Epidemic Diseases Act.
