Pakistani terrorist arrested from Uri sector, ammunition recovered: Jammu Kashmir.

Army personnel has caught a Pakistani terrorist who had infiltrated from Pakistan across the border in the Uri sector of North Kashmir.

The arrested terrorist has been identified as Ali Babar of Okada district of Punjab province of Pakistan. A huge cache of arms and ammunition was also recovered from his possession.

Let us inform here that in the Uri sector of Baramulla, a continuous search operation of the army is going on against the infiltrators from Pakistan.

An intruder was killed by the Indian Army on Monday. An army jawan was also injured in this action. He has been admitted to the hospital for treatment.

Meanwhile, the army had caught an infiltrator from Pakistan on Monday evening. However, this was not officially confirmed by the army.

According to the information, the age of Pakistani terrorist Ali Babar, a resident of Okada district of Punjab province of Pakistan, is being told as 19 years.

He has links with the terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba. He was also trained for three months before joining the Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist organization.

Seven AK 47 rifles, 80 grenades, and other items have been recovered from the possession of the arrested Pakistani terrorist.

According to sources, the said terrorist had entered Indian territory only during the infiltration by Pakistan on September 18 and 19.

Four army personnel were also injured during the infiltration in the Uri sector.

Even after this, the search operation of the army continued in the surrounding areas of the Uri sector, and on Monday itself, an intruder was killed by the army.

Sources also said that the body of the intruder, who was killed last Saturday, could not be recovered as he was in the firing range of the Pakistan Army.

It may be mentioned here that in the last 11 days there have been more than three infiltration attempts in the Uri sector.
