Attacks on minority communities in Pakistan are not taking its name to stop. On Sunday, gunmen shot dead a Christian priest returning from a prayer meeting and injured another.

Police said the attackers ambushed Bishop William Siraj’s car in Gulbahar, a neighborhood of Peshawar.

He died on the spot due to multiple shots fired, while his fellow Father Naim Patrick was seriously injured. On information, police reached the spot and started an investigation.

The area was cordoned off to nab the attackers. So far no group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
