People raised voices against the terrorist attack in Bandipora. Now people in Kashmir have started mobilizing against the terrorists.

With candles in hand and placards carrying anti-terrorism slogans, people in the form of a local procession gathered outside the Nishat Park as they passed through the main markets in the town.

The people involved in the procession gathered outside the park and prayed for the peace of the soul of the policeman who was martyred in the terrorist attack on Friday and also observed a two-minute silence.

The placards read, together, we stand against terrorism, Kashmir against terrorism, we are all against terrorism, Kashmiri is against terrorism, we all want an end to terrorism.

A young man named Nasir Hussain, who was involved in the procession, said that enough has now happened. We cannot tolerate this bloodshed anymore.

We want peace here, progress and happiness. Terrorism has already hurt us a lot. Bashir Lone said that terrorism has no place in any civilized society, so how can we tolerate it in Kashmir.

Today we have taken out this procession only to tell our heart to the advocates of terrorist violence. Today’s candle march must have made it clear what Kashmiris want against terrorism.

Today we also pay tribute to the sacrificed SPO Zubair. People are openly raising their voice against terrorism:

A police officer said that it was not sponsored nor called by any organization. It was organized by the local people.

From this, you can guess that Kashmir has changed now and people are openly raising their voice against terrorism.

People have come to understand the harm of terrorist violence. Kashmiris want to get rid of terrorists.
