Possibilities of Delay in Ram temple construction in due time: Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. Corona’s effect on the possibilities of temple construction in due time.
Corona crisis is effecting the possibilities of temple construction in due time. Temple construction is to be done in the next 30 months.
Completion of temple construction was already challenging in this period. Due to the Corona crisis, the pace of bringing building materials from workers to far-flung areas has also slowed down.
The temple construction period was announced on August 5 last year, when Prime Minister Narendra Modi formally started the temple construction with Bhoomi Pujan.
Possibilities Of Delay In Ram Mandir Construction: It was then announced to complete the temple construction in 39 months.
However, it took only months to plan the construction of a very strong foundation and ensure the construction materials used in it, in accordance with the temple which remained intact for thousands of years.
From 15 January this year, the process of temple construction definitely proceeded at an uninterrupted pace.
Since last week, the working organization Larsen & Toubro was going to increase the number of 50 trained workers engaged in the foundation work to two hundred, but due to the fear of Corona, the plan fell into a tizzy.
Thankfully, not only are 50 workers still engaged in temple construction, but they are also free from any kind of infection.
Experts believe that if the expected increase in the number of laborers does not happen soon.
It is difficult to complete the filling of the foundation even after the completion of one year of Bhoomi Poojan by the month of August.
The foundation of the temple, 360 feet long and 235 feet wide, is being filled layer by layer. The foundation is to consist of a total of 44 layers and the work for the second layer has started this week.
Possibilities Of Delay In Ram Mandir Construction: That is, it took about a month to do the work of one layer.
This does not mean that it will take 44 months to build all 44 layers of the foundation alone, but it is certain that the work of foundation construction is very wide like other dimensions of temple construction.
With the Corona crisis halting, workers and other resources will be increased by three to four times by August, if not by August, the foundation construction will be completed by the end of this year.
However, before shifting the carved stones according to the required map, the entire park of the temple is also to be covered with a 10 to 12 feet high establishment. For this, large quantities of stones are also awaited from Chunar.
Champatarai says- Construction activity being affected:
Champatarai, general secretary of Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust, expresses satisfaction at the pace of construction of the temple, but does not even deny the construction work due to Corona curfew and lockdown.
He says that the activities of the entire country are disrupted due to the Corona crisis and the speed of temple construction is also being affected in the same proportion, then it is no surprise.
The sculpture of the rocks is also stopped: in the proposed temple, about four lakh cubic feet of cut stones are to be used. While only 60 thousand cubic feet of rocks have been carved.
According to the preparations of the previous days, not only the process of bringing stones from Rajasthan, but also the work of carving of rocks was to move forward.
At present, the shilas are not visible from the Trust Workshop at Ramghat to the Ramjanmabhoomi campus.
Comprehensive construction planning for the grand temple:
The proposed temple, 360 feet long, 235 feet wide and 161 feet in height, will have the construction of a shrine and five sub-divisions including Sinhwar, Rangamandap, Nrityamandap, Garbhagriha.
According to experts, this is possible with very extensive construction planning and for this, the working organization is preparing to throw many times more resources in the coming days according to the present.
However, the first condition for this is to stop the corona crisis.
The shadow of Corona before the adverse weather: Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust is also well aware of the fact that it is not easy to complete the construction of a very grand Ram temple in the fixed 39 months.
Keeping in mind this difficulty, during some of the recent meetings of the Trust. From the Trust side it has been made clear that if the weather is favorable, then the construction work of the temple will continue in time.
Adversity of weather will be defined on rainy days, yet the Corona crisis is far more than the adversity of weather.
