Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated Nation on Diwali, said – stay healthy and prosperous countrymen.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi greeted the countrymen on the auspicious occasion of Diwali on Saturday.

He tweeted and wrote, ‘Hearty greetings to all countrymen on Diwali. May this festival bring happiness in the lives of the people and all of them remain healthy and prosperous’.

President Ramnath Kovind has also extended best wishes to all the citizens of India and abroad. He said in the tweet that this festival of happiness and light brings happiness, peace, and prosperity in every house of our country.

At the same time, he has appealed to the countrymen to celebrate pollution-free, environment-friendly, and clean Diwali and to respect nature.

Earlier, on Thursday, on the occasion of Dhanteras, the Prime Minister had also greeted the countrymen. He wrote on his Twitter handle, many congratulations to all of you on Dhanteras.
