The NIA team conducted raids in Srinagar, Ganderbal, Achabal, Shopian, Bandipora, Ramban, Doda, Kishtwar, Rajouri, and other districts.

Terror funding is being said to be the reason for NIA raids at various places in the Shopian district today.

A prominent human rights activist Khurram Parvez was recently arrested by the NIA in an alleged terror funding case. It is believed that NIA raids are going on only after the interrogation of Parvez.

The NIA team searched the house of the so-called human rights advocate Pervez Imraj.

The Association of Parents of Disappeared Persons has also been torn apart after the relatives of the so-called missing in the custody of security forces, misusing donations and accusing them of politics in their name.
