The notification was given under Article 191 of Constitution and the tenth Calendar according to the arrangement of Exclusion Rules 1989on an appeal presented by Dr. Mahesh Joshi, the Chief Whip of the Congress in Rajasthan.

Pilot and 18 different MLAs have been approached to go to the procedures on July 17 at 1 PM in the office of Assembly Speaker CP Joshi. The notification has additionally been posted on the official homes of all these MLAs and they have been approached to submit a composed answer to the notification by July 17.

The notification additionally referenced that on the off chance that the MLAs neglect to present their answer inside the given cutoff time, at that point the Speaker would make a one-sided move against them and may drop their participation of assembly too.

It might be reviewed that Pilot was sacked as Rajasthan deputy chief minister and Pradesh Congress party president on Tuesday for rebelling against chief minister Ashok Gehlot and not avoiding two meetings of Congress Legislative Party.
