The loss of life arrived at 40 in Karnataka, 38 each in Punjab and Telangana.
Jammu and Kashmir have detailed 17 fatalities because of the ailment and Haryana 14. Bihar has enrolled nine passings and Odisha five.
Kerala and Assam have announced four passings each.
Jharkhand, Chandigarh and Himachal Pradesh each have recorded three COVID-19 fatalities, while Meghalaya, Uttarakhand, and Puducherry have announced one casualty each, as indicated by the information shared by the wellbeing service.
