Shikanji is one such drink among the drinks that protect against heat stroke, it is not only tasty but also gets ready quickly. You can drink Shikanji at any time.

So after coming from the office or after children return from school or tuition, you can make cold Shikanji at home and enjoy it.

Ingredients:

1 lemon

2 tbsp sugar

1 pinch black salt

4 mint tea

1/4 tbsp cumin powder

1 glass water

1 pinch salt

These ingredients can be easily available in your kitchen. Also, the quantity of these ingredients is mentioned according to making Shikanji for one person.

So you can increase the ingredients according to how much Shikanji you are making.

Method:

1. To make Shikanji, cut the lemon in half and extract its juice by rotating it on a lemon squeezer.

2. Now take a jug and add water as well as prepared lemon juice and sugar to it.

3. Mix it well with a spoon to dissolve the sugar. Then add salt, cumin powder, black salt and mix well.

4. Pour it into a glass and garnish with some mint leaves. You may also put ice cubes in it.

5. Now enjoy the chilled Shikanji.
