The Roshni Act land scam has exposed another major leader of the National Conference. Dr. Farooq Abdullah, who has implemented this Act, has also built the stately bungalow at Sunjwan by occupying the government land.

Not only this but his sister Suraiya Mattu has also taken advantage of the Roshni Act by owning 3 Kanal 12 Marle Bhumi.

Dr. Farooq Abdullah implemented this act in the year 2001 citing poor farmers of Jammu and Kashmir.

He said that by taking advantage of this act, the farmers who have been cultivating the government lands for many years will be able to do their names.

But in the investigation conducted so far by CBI, it is coming out that including Dr. Farooq Abdullah, PDP, big ministers of Congress.

Not only leaders but also big businessmen and businessmen associated with them, crores of rupees in the name of this act.
