Giving information about the matter in a tweet on Saturday, the Kyiv Independent said that two Reuters journalists were injured in an accident near Svyrodonsk, while the driver died.

Reuters reported that photographer Alexander Ermochenko and cameraman Pavel Klimov suffered minor injuries after a vehicle caught fire on their way to Svyrodonsk.

They were traveling in a car on a Russian-controlled road. The news agency said it could not identify the driver who was driving at the time of the accident.
