According to the news agency, the bench told advocate Shashank Shekhar Jha, who filed the petition, it is part of political propaganda and if you don’t like it then ignore it.

Referring to the alleged toolkit, Jha said that a word like Indian form (of the corona) should not be used.

The bench said India is a democracy. The court said that such relief cannot be granted in the petition under Article 32.

The bench asked the petitioner, why should we issue directions in the petition filed under Article 32? People have remedies for this in criminal law. You can take it back.

Significantly, the BJP had accused Congress of making a toolkit to tarnish the image of the country and the Prime Minister regarding the methods of dealing with the Corona epidemic.
