Second Bail Plea Of 7 Accused In Lakhimpur Violence Rejected

Second bail plea of 7 accused in Lakhimpur Kheri Violence rejected. Seven accused of Lakhimpur Kheri violence were shocked by the court, second bail plea was also rejected.

District Judge Mukesh Mishra has rejected the bail applications of seven accused, including Lakhimpur councilor Sumit Jaiswal, related to the Lakhimpur violence.

After the filing of the charge sheet, on January 11, the second bail of the accused Sumit Jaiswal and Lavkush Rana, Ashish Pandey, Shishupal, Ullas Trivedi, Rinku Rana, and Dharmendra Banjara was filed in the district judge’s court.

On Saturday, 29 January, the advocates of the accused reached the district judge’s court at the appointed time.

The advocate argued that the accused were not named in the case and declared innocent. District government advocate Arvind Tripathi, appearing for the prosecution, strongly opposed the bail.

District Judge Mukesh Mishra, after hearing the arguments of both sides, rejected the bail applications of accused Sumit Jaiswal, Lavkush Rana, Ashish Pandey, Ullas Trivedi alias Mohit Trivedi, Rinku Rana, and Dharmendra Banjara.

The bail application of the accused Shishupal was rejected for not insisting.
