Sippy Sidhu murder case: Judge’s daughter Kalyani gets bail, and will come out of jail after 3 months.

National shooter Sukhmanpreet Singh Sidhu alias Sippy Sidhu of Punjab’s Mohali, Kalyani Singh, daughter of a judge arrested for murder, has got relief from the Punjab and Haryana High Court.

Murder accused Kalyani has been granted bail from the High Court. After 90 days, now Kalyani will come out of jail. Significantly, Kalyani was arrested by the CBI on 15 June 2022.

According to the information, the accused Kalyani had filed a bail application in the Punjab and Haryana High Court. During the hearing in the case on September 2, the court reserved its decision.

Now the bench of Justice Sarveshwar Thakur has allowed Kalyani’s bail plea.

Earlier, in the case, CBI filed a charge sheet in the Chandigarh District Court on Monday.

A total of 84 witnesses have been included in this charge sheet of CBI. Earlier, Kalyani was sent to judicial custody by the CBI court after being remanded twice.

She was lodged in Chandigarh’s Burail Jail on June 21. Earlier, the Chandigarh district court had rejected Kalyani’s bail plea.

On the other hand, opposing the petition, the CBI said that Kalyani cannot be granted bail as of now, because if she comes out, she can influence the case on the basis of her status.

Kalyani was arrested after 7 years.

It is worth noting that this is the case in 2015. National shooter and lawyer Sippy Sidhu was murdered in Chandigarh’s Sector 27. No arrests were made in this case for seven years.

Seven years later, three months ago, the CBI arrested Kalyani, the daughter of a High Court judge.

Bittu, brother of “Sandeep Kreda” arrested in the Sidhu Musewala case, was accused of reiki of Musewala and sheltering the shooters.

Police are continuously conducting raids in the Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala murder case. The accused in the murder case are being continuously arrested.

In this case, the police have arrested one more accused. Mansa Police has arrested Bittu, brother of gangster Sandeep Kekra from Hariya.

It is alleged that Bittu along with Sandeep Kekra did the recce of Moosewala.
