Sisters hurt by brother’s death on the day of Rakshabandhan, tied Rakhi to the last farewell: Telangana.

In the Nalgonda district of Telangana, on Sunday, five sisters gave their last farewell by tying a protective thread on the wrist of their deceased brother.

The scene of the incident which took place in Malagudem village of Madgulapally Mandal of Nalgonda district made people cry further.

Lakshmaiah, 50, was ailing for a long time and died on Sunday. Five sisters together tied rakhi on the wrist of the deceased brother and bid farewell.

Seeing this heartbreaking scene, all the people of the village present there wept.

The five sisters of Lakshmaiya had come on Saturday evening to tie Rakhi to their brother.

Unfortunately, on the morning of Raksha Bandhan on Sunday, Lakshmaiah’s health got worse and he died.

After this, there was chaos in the house. Amidst the mourning, preparations were being made for the last rites of Lakshmaiah.

Then the five sisters decided not to leave the brother’s wrist untouched and Ira Lakshmi, Nama Padma, Alapuri Venkatamma, Kadiri Kotamma, and Jakki Kavitha tied rakhi to the deceased brother.

Giving a final farewell, Lakshmaiah’s sister the Padma said that after their marriage there was not a single Raksha Bandhan when she did not tie a rakhi to her brother.

Schools opened in Karnataka, schools to be opened in Tamil Nadu from September 1.

Schools from 9th to 12th have reopened in Karnataka after five months on 23rd August.

At the same time, the Tamil Nadu government has also announced the opening of schools for students from September 1.

There was happiness among the students of Karnataka during this period. Schools and Pre University (PU) colleges were opened from 9th to 12th on Monday.

In those districts of Karnataka where the positivity rate is less than two percent, schools were opened in those districts.

Speaking to reporters after visiting some schools in Bengaluru, Chief Minister Basavaraj S Bommai said the students were very happy.

Looks like they have got freedom from Covid today. 15th August is celebrated as freedom for the country but for our students of class 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th it is real freedom for them.
