It is known that thousands of devotees are reaching Ujjain for the darshan of Baba Mahakal in the month of Sawan.

Thousands of people lined up for darshan on Monday. The line had reached beyond the Chardham temple. At around six in the morning, there was a sudden stampede.

Due to this, some people got buried due to the crowd. Due to this, about seven people were injured.

The QRF team and police personnel handled the situation and took the people to the district hospital for treatment.

At the same time, a youth resident of Aaron of Guna became unconscious due to pressure, while a youth was injured.

Both have been admitted to the district hospital for treatment. It is being told that more than seven people have been injured.

On the second Monday of Sawan, there was an influx of faith for the darshan of Mahakal.

At the same time, on the second Monday of the month of Shravan, a large number of devotees reached the Jyotirlinga Mahakal to have darshan of Lord Bhasmarmaiya.

2500 devotees from all over the country were allowed to have darshan.

The devotees of Nandi Hall, Ganesh Mandapam, and Kartikeya Mandapam in front of the sanctum had divine darshan of Baba Mahakal.

After the opening of the doors in the morning, the Lord was anointed. Then there was the makeup. Then the ashes were offered to Mahakal on behalf of the Mahanirvani Akhara.

The entire temple complex reverberated with cheers. The process of darshan started after Bhasma Aarti. It will continue till 2 pm. Darshan will be closed for some time due to the evening ride.
