States Should Rise Above Politics: Supreme Court

States should rise above politics, take strict measures: Supreme Court

Expressing concern over the growing Corona infection, the Supreme Court on Friday said that the situation is going from bad to worse.

States should take more measures to prevent this from rising above politics. There are policies and guidelines to prevent infection but do not have the will to implement it.

Outside, 60 percent of the people are walking around without a mask, and 30 percent with a mask hanging around their neck.

The central government should lead to the implementation of the guidelines issued for the prevention of corona throughout the country.

The court also expressed concern over the careless attitude of the people. The next hearing in the case will be on December 1.

A three-member bench headed by Justice Ashok Bhushan held a hearing with automatic cognizance on the prevention and treatment of corona infection.
