Supreme Court lawyers again received threatening calls from abroad.

Threatened calls to Supreme Court lawyers again, mention of raising Kashmir flag in Delhi on January 26 and removal of Article 370

Supreme Court lawyers again received threatening calls from abroad on Monday. The phones were pre-recorded and there was mention of abrogation of Article 370 from Kashmir.

Along with this, on 26 January, there was also talk of putting up the flag of Kashmir in Delhi.

This is not the first time that the Advocate on Record (AOR) of the Supreme Court has received threatening calls from abroad. Even before this, we have received such calls thrice.

However, the phone call on Monday was talking about the Mujahideen and the call in Urdu also talked about the abrogation of Article 370 from Kashmir.

Monday’s call also came to lawyer Vishnu Shankar Jain. Earlier three phones have also come to Vishnu.

Vishnu told that in today’s phone it was said that the responsibility of the Modi government to remove Article 370 from Kashmir is as much as that of the Supreme Court.

The phone came from Denmark. In this, it was said that the flag of Kashmir should be raised in Delhi on 26 January.

Along with this, there was also a threat regarding the independence of Kashmir.

Vishnu has already given a complaint to the police about receiving threatening calls and the police have also registered a case.

The earlier three calls came from the banned organization Sikh for Justice, but Monday’s call was different. However, this phone was also pre-recorded.

Advocate on Record Lawyers are authorized to file cases in Supreme Court and the Advocate on Record examination is conducted by Supreme Court only.

It is to be known that the Supreme Court has constituted a five-member committee under the chairmanship of former Supreme Court judge Indu Malhotra to inquire into the security lapses during Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Punjab.

This includes the Inspector General of National Investigation Agency (NIA), the Director-General of Police, Chandigarh, the Registrar General of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, and the Additional DGP (Security) of Punjab.
