Tamil Nadu: Three school students drowned in a pond, their bodies were found after 30 minutes of effort.

In Tamil Nadu, three boys from the same school died after drowning in a pond while fishing.

The accident took place in the Thavittupalayam area of ​​Anthiyur, where three teenage youths died after drowning in the pond.

Due to this accident, there has been an atmosphere of mourning in the entire area.

All three students were from the same school.

According to police, the three teenagers were students of the same school and had gone fishing in a small pond located a short distance from their house on Monday evening.

The three boys were class 5th students of the same school. When 11-year-old Sibinesan, 10-year-old Raghavan, and Nand Kishore did not return home by 8 a.m. on Monday, the parents started worrying.

The parents of the three children lodged a missing complaint at the Anthiyur police station following which the police launched a search operation.

The police, along with rescue service personnel, reached the Senkattuttam pond located near the house.

Searches were conducted in the pond for 30 minutes after which the rescue workers found the bodies of the three boys.

Police said the bodies have been sent to the government hospital for post-mortem.

Police said that all three children died due to drowning in the pond. Police have registered a case and further investigation is on.

Congress MP Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday started the ‘Bharat Jodi Yatra’ from Hartikote village in the Chitradurga district of Karnataka. During this, a large number of workers participated.

This journey, which started from Kanyakumari on 7th September, has covered a distance of 867 km so far. It will pass through a total of 12 states and will end in Jammu and Kashmir.

Padyatra was taken out from Pochkatte on the 33rd day.

Earlier, on the 33rd day, the yatra started from Pochakatte in the Tumkur district. During this, Rahul interacted with the local people and workers.

Padyatra reached Karnataka on 30 September.

The Bharat Jodo Yatra of the Congress began on 7 September from Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu. This padayatra will cover 12 states in five months.

The Yatra entered its Karnataka phase on 30 September. This padayatra will be on a tour of Karnataka for 21 days.
