Tata Digital Limited’s unit Tata Digital Limited has bought this stake of BigBasket. Tata on Friday refused to give any other details about the deal.

At the same time, BigBasket could not get an immediate answer to the question asked in this regard.

In March, the Competition Commission of India approved the proposal of Tata Digital to acquire 64.3 per cent stake of BigBasket.
