His remarks came while addressing the plenary meeting of Telangana Rashtra Samithi in Hyderabad. When he was re-elected as the party president for the ninth time.

Addressing the meeting, the Chief Minister said, “The schemes of Telangana government are being implemented in other states.

He further said in his address, ‘Ever since we have Dalit brothers, many people from Andhra Pradesh came to me and asked me to come to the state and contest elections as they want our public welfare schemes to be implemented.’

The CM also expressed displeasure at the Election Commission of India for objecting to his public meeting in Nagarjunasagar ahead of the Huzurabad by-election and stalling the implementation of the Dalit Bandhu scheme in Huzurabad.

“A case has been registered in the High Court for not allowing me to hold a public meeting in Nagarjunasagar before the by-elections.

Everyone has the right to hold such meetings in the democratic process, but the Election Commission is not giving permission. “Dalit Bandhu scheme will resume in Huzurabad after November 4,” he said.
