Terrorist Hideout Demolished In The Frontier Village Of Poonch

Terrorist hideout demolished in the frontier village of Poonch, arms recovered: Hideout Busted In Poonch.

The international border and the Line of Control may have stopped shelling, but the Indian soldiers who are aware of the nefarious activities of the Pakistani troops are keeping a vigil in the border and the areas along with it.

Indian soldiers continue to patrol regularly to thwart the infiltration of terrorists on the border. Not only this, but search operations are also going on in the villages and forests adjacent to the border.

On Saturday, security forces demolished a terrorist hideout during a search operation in the town adjacent to the Line of Control in Poonch district on Saturday afternoon.

Arms and ammunition have also been recovered from the hideout when searched. Military sources say that from looking at the weapons it seems that they were hidden here for a long time.

The terrorists or the overground workers could not get these weapons because they could not get a chance.

One AK-56, AK-56 magazine, 30 rounds, two Chinese pistols, and his magazine have been recovered from the hideout. They are rusty.

The army has taken weapons into its possession. Military sources said that militant organizations operating in Pakistan often attempt to infiltrate along the Line of Control.

At times, their allies are also in a position to bring weapons to the terrorists.

The terrorists who have crossed the Line of Control and infiltrated into the Indian border hide the weapons they have with them in jungles or similar deserted places so that they can later take them out.

It also happens that overground workers operating in the vicinity work to transport these weapons from here to terrorist organizations.

Looking at these weapons, it seems that they were hidden here for a long time.

Either the terrorists who brought them have been killed in the encounter, or because of the vigilance of the army, the overground workers did not get a chance to take out these weapons.

At present, arms have been captured. Inquiries are also being done in the surrounding areas.
