Karnataka Health Minister K Sudhakar on Sunday said a decision regarding the reopening of schools for classes 1-5 in the state would be taken after the festive season.

Sudhakar, after meeting Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya, said that higher education institutions were reopened first, then colleges and later schools for classes 9-12 and classes 6-8 were opened.
