The Officials Who Are Harming The Interests Of Country In JK

The officials who are harming the interests of the country In JK. Preparations to show the way out to the officials who are harming the interests of the country: Jammu Kashmir.

The Jammu and Kashmir government has made preparations to show the way out to the officers and employees who have been fomenting anti-national elements by deploying on government positions.

For this, a five-member Special Task Force has been formed.

This task will identify black sheep in administration and collect all evidence against them and hand them over to a committee headed by the Chief Secretary to get them out of the job.

The members of the Chief Secretary Committee include the Secretary of Home Department, the Additional Director General of CID, and the Administrative Secretary of Law Department.

This committee is authorized under Section 311 (2) (c) of the Indian Constitution to remove officers, employees involved in anti-national activities.

The government had formed this committee after getting such strong information that some government employees are provoking people against the country after the withdrawal of 370 in Jammu and Kashmir as a union territory.

During the tenure of Kashmir-centric governments, officials who harmed the interests of the country have been ignored.

In such a situation, the action of the government to surround these officers and employees was accelerated in the year 2020.

In such a situation, a task force has been formed to help the committee headed by the Chief Secretary take action.

According to highly placed sources, the CID in Jammu and Kashmir has made a list of about 500 officers and employees against whom there is strong evidence of involvement in anti-national activities.

Now action is being taken against them.

This committee, headed by the Additional Director General of the CID wing of the Jammu and Kashmir Police Department, will prepare the record of officers, employees involved in anti-national activities under Section 311 (2) (c) of the Indian Constitution.

This task force will coordinate with the Terror Monitoring Group and gather evidence to take action against the culprits.

Other members of the task force formed on Wednesday include the IGP of Jammu and Kashmir, an officer of the planetary department at the level of additional secretary, law department and additional secretary, and an officer of the concerned department.

This committee, taking action within the stipulated time period, will submit its report to the committee headed by the Chief Secretary.

On the basis of this report, the committee will decide whether to remove it directly or to reduce the post.
