A BCCI official told the news agency, “Nitin’s mother and wife have been found positive in the coronavirus test. That is why Nitin has to be ejected from the tournament’s bio-bubble.

We hope they recovers soon and We are always with them for any help they need. The backups we have will be used in the matches that were handed to them. ”

BCCI’s Interim Chief Executive Officer Hemang Amin on Tuesday wrote to all eight IPL teams, players, officials, commentators as well as coaching and support staff to ensure their  smooth transport,

The BCCI’s advice comes after the Australian government decided to stop all flights from India until 15 May.
