Toyota Land Cruiser LC 300 bookings open, launch likely by September, see details.
Vehicle manufacturer Toyota has made all preparations to launch its luxury Land Cruiser LC 300 in India.
The company has started its pre-launch booking, for which you will have to pay Rs 10 lakh. At the same time, it can be launched in India by September.
It is worth noting that the waiting period for Land Cruiser vehicles in India is very long and you may have to wait for M years for the delivery of this new upcoming SUV.
Land Cruiser LC 300: Looks.
The LC300 is a new generation model and the first vehicle to come in the Sahara spec version in India.
In this, you can get to see features like bi-LED projector lights with auto-level, Sahara’s front grille, rear tailgate, exterior mirrors, and many chrome elements on the door handle as exterior features.
On the other hand, the new design will see a horizontal slated grille with chrome and redesigned headlamps with vents below it, a squarish design, and square wheel arches.
Land Cruiser LC 300: Engine.
The powertrain of the Toyota Land Cruiser LC 300 is a 3.3-liter twin-turbo V6 diesel that will generate 304hp of power and 700Nm of torque.
At the same time, a new 3.5-liter twin-turbo petrol V6 engine option could also be added to it. This engine comes with a power of 409hp.
Like the global model, the off-road SUV can get multiple drive modes and is expected to be mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission option with a 4×4 system.
Land Cruiser LC 300: Cabin Features.
The SUV will get a completely new layout for cabin features. It gets a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto paired with a 14-speaker JBL sound system.
As per the information, unlike the model sold overseas, which gets a 7-seat layout option, the India-spec Toyota Land Cruiser 300 will be available only as a 5-seater.
It also gets a sunroof, 4-zone climate control, and ventilated front and rear seats.
Its possible price in India can be Rs 1.9 crore (ex-showroom) and after launch, it will compete with vehicles like Range Rovers, BMW X7, and Mercedes-Benz GLS.
