Jammu Police has arrested a terrorist of ‘The Resistance Front (TRF) who came to Jammu for the purpose of carrying out a major incident in Jammu and making hideouts for terrorists.

Police officials say that the arrest of the terrorist is a big success for the police. Police have recovered a pistol and round from the terrorist. He has been taken to an undisclosed place for questioning.

Jammu Police’s Anti-Terrorist Squad Special Operation Group (SOG) received information that TRF terrorist Yusuf Sheikh resident of Shopian Kashmir has been seen in Jammu for the past few days.

Yusuf has been seen in many sensitive places of the city, who has come there to do Reiki. The SOG jawans started keeping an eye on Yusuf’s activities.

On Sunday morning, when Yusuf came to the Jammu railway station to do recce, the SOG personnel already present there caught him. He was directly taken to Trikuta Nagar police station for questioning.

During the search of Yusuf, a pistol was recovered from him. The SOG personnel then took him to an unknown place from the police station.

After interrogating Yusuf, the police are gathering information about his associates operating in Jammu. It is being told that Yusuf has come to Jammu many times before.

During this, he was staying in Bathindi area. Yusuf, the person whose house stayed in Bathindi, has also been detained by the SOG jawans for questioning.

The police are collecting information on whether the person was aware that Yusuf used to work for the terrorist organization TRF.

Photos of sensitive places were found on Yusuf’s phone.

According to information received from sources, during the investigation of Yusuf Sheikh’s mobile phone, the police have found pictures of many sensitive places in the city.

Information is being gathered as to why he had kept these pictures on his phone.
