Tribute paid to Naushera martyr hero Jadunath. Paramveer Chakra winner Shaheed Nayak Jadunath played an important role in freeing Naushera from the tribes sent by Pakistan.

On February 6, 1948, he became a sacrifice for the country, taking on the tribesmen at Tai Pahad in Naushehra. Since then, this day has been celebrated by the army as Naushera Day.

A tribute program was organized at the memorial of Shaheed Nayak Jadunath in the midst of Naushehra, in which Major General Rajeev Puri of the 25th Division of the Army, along with the commander of Naushera Brigade Brigadier HS Brar, along with other officers attended the memorial of the martyr Offered a floral circle and paid tribute to him.

On this occasion, the army officer threw light on the life of Paramvir Chakra winner Shaheed Nayak Jadunath and told how the martyr chased away the tribes sent by Pak and sacrificed his life while freeing Naushehra from the enemy’s possession.

During this time, the high officials of the army met the brave women and ex-soldiers, heard their problems, and assured them to solve them.

A large-scale medical camp was also organized by the Army on the occasion, in which, along with specialist doctors of the army, other specialist doctors also treated people and presented them free medicines.

On this occasion, a prosthetic limb camp was also organized for the differently-abled people, in which equipment and other necessities were also presented to the needy people.

Jammu Crime: Three accused of theft arrested, goods recovered

The Kanachak police nabbed three thieves and solved two theft incidents in the area. Police have recovered mobile phones, mobile accessories, earphones, Bluetooth, spare parts of a motorcycle, engine oil, etc. from the possession of the accused. Their price is being told more than five lakhs.

The accused have been identified as Hrithik Kumar alias PT resident Dab Ditta Marh, Vishal Kumar resident Marh and Gautam Kumar alias Dugga resident Kanachak.

The accused broke the locks of two shops on January 16 and January 25 and stole this item. According to police, on the night of January 16, the accused stole spare parts and accessories of the motorcycle from the shop of Kalyanpur resident of Shankardas.

The complaint had reached the police. At the same time, on 25 January, mobile phones and accessories were stolen by breaking the locks of a shop in Shamchak.

The police started investigating both the cases and based on the CCTV footage installed in the area, the police reached out to the three accused.
