Turkish President Erdogan Raises The Kashmir Issue In UN

Turkish President Erdogan raises the Kashmir issue again in the UN, India gives a befitting reply. Turkish President Rechap Tayyip Erdogan, who supported Pakistan on the Kashmir issue, has once again raised the issue of Kashmir in the United Nations.

India has responded strongly to Turkey, expressing strong objection to this attitude of Erdogan. India has said that the Turkish President is interfering in India’s internal affairs which is completely unacceptable.

India has said that Turkey should review its policies deeply before making a statement on a serious issue like Kashmir.

Following Erdogan’s airing of the Kashmir issue at the United Nations, India’s permanent representative at the United Nations on Twitter, TS Tirumurthy, said Turkey should learn to respect the sovereignty of other countries and review it more deeply.

India’s befitting reply

PR UN Krishnamurthy, the Indian representative to the United Nations, issued a statement saying, ‘We have seen the statement of the President of Turkey regarding the Union Territory of India, Jammu, and Kashmir.

He is interfering in India’s internal affairs and this is completely unacceptable. Turkey should learn to respect the sovereignty of other countries and should review its policies in depth.

Erdogan’s statement about Kashmir

While addressing the United Nations General Assembly, Erdogan said that the Kashmir conflict is very important for peace and stability in South Asia.

This is currently a burning issue. Since the special status of Jammu and Kashmir was abolished, the situation there has become more complicated.

You should know that the day before, Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi raised the issue of Kashmir in his speech on the 75th anniversary of the United Nations.

Meanwhile, Pakistan is using terrorist groups to change the status of Jammu and Kashmir. Its move has not only weakened peace efforts but also negatively affected human rights.

This is what Elisa Ayres, a diplomat during former President Barack Obama’s rule, told lawmakers.
